A matching green hood velcros under the chin and slips on under the green, plastic helmet. The helmet is also secured in place with a velcro strap and has foam on the interior for a comfortable fit. It has a circumference of 23". The costume is complete with a pair of green, poly-foam boot tops. They are lined with elastic at the top and bottom to secure them over shoes.
