My son wears a size 8 but I got him a medium 10-12 just to be on the safe side. The costume is too small. The top is way too tight through the belly, chest, and especially the neck. I cannot velcro the collar closed. The top to this costume is as long as a size 10 but fits everywhere else like a size 6-7.
