She'll be in fine feather in this Child Peacock Costume! It's a frilly, sleeveless pullover dress with a royal blue crushed panné bodice. It's trimmed on the front with a V-shaped inset of ruched green metallic knit mesh bordered by two rows of emerald green sequins. The full skirt has an inner layer of olive green satin, and outer ruffled layers of royal blue tulle and olive green shiny organdy trimmed with royal blue satin ribbon. The tail is a semicircular wire frame with nylon knit mesh stretched over it and decorated with green glitter and gold sequins. It fastens to the back waist of the dress with a Velcro™ tab and ties around the waist with royal blue satin ribbons. Great for a dance recital!
