Sexy Polka Dot Nurse Costume
Product Description Even the conservative 1950s had their fair share of naughty nurses. This 50's Nurse Costume consists of a black mini-dress with pink polka dots. The bare back laces up with pink ribbon and the dress also zips on the side for easy on and off. Pink also accents the costumes skirt, sleeves and torso. A matching hat with a nurse's cross is worn on the head and is secured in place with an elastic band. A red stethoscope is also included so you can check their racing hearts in this sexy costume.
